We've achieved another milestone by reaching our 6th birthday. A big 'thank you' to everyone who has helped us get this far! In other news, keep an eye out for the launch of our new VIP support packages. Some plans offer significant discounts over standard casual rates, whereas others provide faster response rates, meaning that you are able to choose a plan better suited to your needs.

Some fun facts:

In 2006-2007, on an average day, iT&C received over 200 support calls from our client base of around 6500, performed over 20 on-site visits and maintained a fault resolution rate greater than 99%. All this, while conducting routine maintenance and creating helpful software solutions that are used by many of our clients.

2008 saw considerable growth in both our client base and the total number of clients managed by iT&C on any given day, while further improving our service levels.
